You’ve done the planning. Now you need someone to take it from here. I’ll step in before the wedding to finalize the timeline, coordinate with your vendors, and make sure everything comes together so you can actually enjoy the day you planned.

Includes:

  • Up to 10 hours of wedding-day coordination
  • Two pre-wedding video meetings to review details and finalize your timeline
  • Unlimited phone & email communication leading up to your day
  • Creation and management of a detailed wedding day timeline
  • Vendor communication and management on the day of
  • Coordination of vendor deliveries and setup
  • Setup of personal décor items
  • Directing family and bridal party during photos
  • Running day-of errands
  • Wedding rehearsal coordination (up to 2 hrs)
  • Light end-of-evening wrap-up: gathering personal décor and placing it in a designated area, and ensuring gifts/cards are secured before departure

You’ve got most of the big stuff handled, but there are still a few loose ends you’d really love to hand off. Wedding Management+ gives you everything included in Wedding Management, with additional planning support leading up to the day.

Includes:

  • Up to 12 hours of wedding-day coordination
  • Everything included in Wedding Management
  • Coordination of reception flow through the end of the night
  • End-of-night breakdown and décor pack-up
  • Oversight of vendor pickups and load-out
  • Secure handling of cards, gifts, and décor items

You’ve started planning, but you don’t want to figure out the rest alone. I’ll jump in earlier, help you work through the remaining decisions and details, and keep everything organized from there through the wedding day.

  • Support from day one: answers, guidance, and reassurance whenever you need it
  • Customized planning roadmap: clear, simple steps tailored to your wedding
  • Vendor recommendations: curated suggestions that fit your style and budget
  • Logistics support: help with layout, flow, and realistic timing
  • Wedding day timeline: a detailed, organized schedule built around your priorities
  • Final details coordination (60 days out)
