Wedding Management

You’ve done the planning. Now you need someone to take it from here. I’ll step in before the wedding to finalize the timeline, coordinate with your vendors, and make sure everything comes together so you can actually enjoy the day you planned.

Wedding Management+

You’ve got most of the big stuff handled, but there are still a few loose ends you’d really love to hand off. Wedding Management+ gives you everything included in Wedding Management, with additional planning support leading up to the day.

Partial Planning

You’ve started planning, but you don’t want to figure out the rest alone. I’ll jump in earlier, help you work through the remaining decisions and details, and keep everything organized from there through the wedding day.

I run this day,
so you don’t have to.

I’m Tara Minniear: wife, mom, special education teacher, and the owner and lead coordinator of Sparkling Pines. I’m the one with the clipboard, the backup safety pins, and a plan for keeping the day moving. You get to be the one having a good time.
